​Day 4: The Devil’s In The Details - Highlight small details you loved in the fics you’ve read or written. Tiny details are my favourite thing to incorporate into fics, and the things I love best when reading other people’s - so I have a lot of love for Day 4′s theme. <3 However, I’m super overworked right now and don’t have time to write a huge list. :(

Here are a few off the cuff which immediately spring to mind - 

• Graves’ six-footed "Wampus" style sofa in @unicornmagic‘s masterwork The Standard Book of Spells.  • I’m not sure he should be treated as a small detail, but Alvar - the Latino wizard fashionista dreamboat of @gothyringwald‘s splendid avada kedavra, my love. • The enchanted dragon figurines which breathe fire on command in @binary-suunset‘s lovely Broken Bird. • Jack Rackham seeing the sewing in everything, from clothes and scars to human relationships in @reluming‘s heart-touching marvel Indebted (The Careful Stitches Remix)
