June 7th 2013, FBI Debra Evans Smith, FBIWFO, Honor and Expected Duty to perform SWORN OATH to uphold UNITED STATES

This is an Affidavit in reference to the activities on June 7th, 2013 in relation to FBI Washington Field Office as it is ran and supervised by a Debra Evans Smith.

The twitter symbol for the FBI Washington Field Office is @FBIWFO 

It was on this date that user by the name of @BilderbergGroup whose subtitle as it appears on Twitter is “UNITED STATES SECRETARY OF STATE HILLARY CLINTON Arrives at 2013 Bilderberg Conference in UK, in Mercedes” along with the corresponding name “Bildferberg GROUP” as it appears above his Twitter handle @BilderbergGroup.

The photos as they appear on Bilderberg GROUP Twitter site is photos of Hillary Clinton, as the description states, arriving at the Bilderberg 2013 conference in the back of a light grey Mercedes four door sedan, in EXPLICIT Violation of the Logan Act.

The testimony being offered on this day is  to provide detailed evidence that the FBI Field Office in Washington under the management of FBI Agent Debra Evans Smith, was repeatedly called to action, to respond, acknowledge or in any way address the Logan Act Violation (18 U.S.C. § 953) as Tweet was sent to @FBIWFO care of Debra Evans Smith with cc: of most all of the senior producers at CBS News (@NancyLaneCBS, @davidgrayrhodes)  , including 60 Minutes (@BobSimon1, @SamHornblower), CBS Morning news (@NorahODonnel, @ChrisLicht), CBS Program Face The Nation Producer (@hagerhoo), along with prominent Senators (@SenRandPaul), NPR (@hari, @NPR), as well as other prominent political writers like Ken Vogel (@kenvogel) from Politico.

The reason for this very long list, for which I am herein attaching proof is simple.  

There are laws to this great nation of ours and they are explicit, and they require monitoring, surveillance, and enforcement.  The herein Logan Act   (18 U.S.C. § 953) may be referenced on the medium we speak of @LoganAct as well as @TheLoganAct, both of which Retweeted, a process whereby a statement is reinforced on Twitter.  

Now the purpose for all this should be quite clear.  The unquestionable presence of SECRETARY OF STATE HILLARY CLINTON at the Bilderberg Conference on the date of June 07, 2013, the very same date of the protests and requests for action by the FBI Field Office @FBIWFO in front of all the witnesses, with proof submitted herein, attest something very clear.  These laws are here to be enforced.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation is not only tasked with enforcing US Laws, such as the very important one, The Logan Act Violation (18 U.S.C. § 953) mentioned, but sworn officers, indeed those like Debra Evans Smith who oversees the FBI Washington Field Office, are REQUIRED by their own oath, under strictest penalties of the law to uphold what it is their respective offices and sworn oaths are meant to uphold.  Now, we have all these prominent witnesses.  CBS News anchors, 60 Minutes Anchors. Face the Nation Producers, 60 Minutes Producers, CBS News Producers - all of them - witness - to a crime - Violation (18 U.S.C. § 953) - as it is explicitly and repeatedly tweeted to the FBI Washington Field Office, and proof submitted herein.   It stands to state without any contest at all whatsoever that it beehoves those in charge of this great nation and its laws be so good as to enforce it, or in the very least address those laws.

Now I am putting this on permanent record, and I request that it remains so indefinitely, under the name of Debra Evans Smith, herein to be listed under DebraEvansSmith.Tumblr.Com a socially conscious blog, by a citizen of the United States of America, wondering in fact when or if those appointed in this country who are supposedly there to represent and uphold its laws in fact do so where and when a major and significant violation has been called to their attention.  

My post here is explicitly simple.  There are laws and they require enforcing.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation, charged with investigation of the violation of United States laws has an existing mandate that require it to represent the law and enforce the law.  Now Violation (18 U.S.C. § 953) by a Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has been made EXPLICIT again and again, deliberately for hours on end, to the witness of extraordinarily prominent individuals within CBS News.   

There is a shared responsibility to represent the laws of the land.  To state that this inherent responsibility includes prominent reports, producers, FBI Offices, and senators is an understatement.  These are the laws of the United States of America and they require enforcing.  To fail to do so, every single person representing the Federal Bureau of Investigation is under violation of its stated charter and their oaths of office.  That goes double for any senator, and it is especially extended out to prominent reporters of this great nation, for though they may not be bound by any oaths of office, they are in fact bound by something far greater; their loyalty and dedication to this great land and its people, to tell each and every single one of us what we need to hear and when we need to hear it.  Now, take a very good look at that Logan Law.  I’m even going to do the work for  you.  Look up @TheLoganAct and see a link therein for what the Logan Act is and there to be indeed in fact an EXPLICIT Violation of the Logan Act (18 U.S.C. § 953) in a SECRETARY OF STATE Hillary Clinton attendance of the Bilderberg Group conference.  

Now, my responsibility, as a private citizen to call the attention of its law makers, citizens, prominent news reporters, reporting platforms, reporting stations, producers is all about done.  Your has just has begun.
