There’s something watching It. Predatory and unblinking from the shadows in which It tends to lurk and without fear for it to feed off.  Not even enough to wet It’s tongue. Moby snaps her teeth and steps forward, light pooling in her eyes’ reflection like moons. 

“You’re the one I’ve been sniffing out. The one that feeds on children, the little humans that aren’t yet ripe and have no meat on their bones. Haven’t met many like you.” She wasn’t exactly honored, either. What despicable thing ate children?

Richie tried to make his fear go away to no avail. Backing up, he glared at IT. "I'm sure as hell not coming over there, and you better stay the fuck away!" He tried to sound brave, even though he was shaking like a leaf. "I'll kill you if you come over here!"

      it didn’t know that he was a hero himself? freddy could use this to his advantage. he came down here for one reason and one only---to rid the world of this creature so this town could finally get the rest it deserves. 

           “i don’t need your help to fly--” he stood taller, though with his crutch he probably looked a little foolish to someone who didn’t know about his alter ego. “i’m going to give you one chance to leave this world--and if not i’m not to be held liable with what happens next.”

              “What do WANT from us? What do you want from me? I already SHOWED you that I’m not afraid of you ... that’s not changing so you might as well give up.” Fear was something that would always linger in the back of her mind but Bev refused to show that to this creature. She knew, from all the research they had done, that IT fed on fears and giving that to IT would only make IT come more for them. “Maybe YOU’RE the one who should be fearing US!”
