   OWNING a shop in downtown had it’s perks , at the very least it meant that when a rather unabashed bridal group ran through the case of champagne that was MEANT to least the entirerty of the week , she was able to just take a liesurly walk to the liqour store instead of making it a trip . it was easy ! or it was supposed to be , except for when someone pushed into her shoulder , their drink falling on her before she swatted it away . she’d barely registed a thing when she immediately became overcomed with guilt , “ woa ___ i’m so sorry . so sorry , so very deeply sorry . ” rhiannon looked down , half expecting to see herself covered in water before noticing that she had narrowly avoided the spill . her head snapped up with the relaization , looking at the person who would’ve been close to the splash , a hand raised unconsioucly over her heart , “ are you okay ? did it get you ? ”

❝ we’ll be taking entries for the next MISS KOLA pageant starting tomorrow, so if you’ve ever wanted to be a pageant queen, now is your chance! ❞ she says into the microphone, before stepping away from the small stage at the coffee shop, usually used for the local musicians who came in to play open mic nights. she returns to the chair she’d been sitting in and takes a sip from her coffee, settling in to do some work.  // open
