Former #UHcougarfb #cth or #fcth and current UT HC Tom Herman is under fire for the safety concern of QB Sam Ehlinger. As you see the video - Ehlinger was 100% knocked out for 30 seconds. We know the medical staff has to clear the player, but as a former athlete and all athletes will tell you "I am fine, I can go in and play again, but we're not." Five plays later, CTH puts him back in and watch the play. Where's the player mental health safety? Good coaches sit their player and take their helmet away. It must be the pressure of winning, especially against Red River rival OU. What say you Coach Herman? I can hear the excuse explantions.
