I want Fitz, with Daisy in tow, to take the “freezing yourself for seventy years” thing jokingly. Like, is not that how one should deal with Trauma?
Like,
“Hey, Fitz, I thought that you had had enough time to practice how not to suck so much at poker?”
“Daisy Johnson, respect your elders!”
and
“Maybe calm down buddy, nobody wants to see you suck face with Jemma”
“I’m over a hundred years old, Johnson, I do what I want”,
all while Jemma slowly rubs a hand down her face in disbelief.
Of course, in my happy Fitzskimmons place, the comments also go into
*slaps Fitz bum*
“Hey, this is not doing so bad for being over a century old!”
“Thanks, I’ve been keeping it on ice”
territory.
And yes, while Jemma runs for the hallways screaming.
