Cecropia mothman costume more recently dubbed Cy Cropia. I made the body, wings, antennae, hands and arm pieces (they're separate like arm warmers) in 2021 (I didn't know what furries were then haha). Then in 2022 I made the head (same antennae, they just slide through holes in the hood). I wore the costume (minus hands) climbing Halloween 2023, and I wore Cy Cropia at Furnal Equinox 2024!
All of the fur is yarn thats sewn on on loops, cut, unwound, brushed out, and ironed (again I didn't know what furry was in 2021 and thought my local fabric store doesn't have furs that are the right colour or good quality but y'know what is the right colour, yarn, anyways the body and wings took from August to October to make).
