yeah they didn't. They left out a lot but put in a bunch of random stuff. I did like some scenes but I just thought the movie as a whole was really cheesy & over the top..plus it felt really choppy and I felt like if you never read the book you'd have no idea what was going on lmfao

should i read the book? i saw the movie but i still dont know if i should read the book. the only people i liked were clary and simon lol
