I have been speaking professionally for over 40 years and Coaching for over 30. I have spent thousands of hours exploring what makes a great speech and what makes a great speaker. That research has led me to a simple formula that can help anyone to quickly become an outstanding speaker.
Over the next 31 days I am going to share what I have learned over those years and especially what I have learned in speaking online for the past five years and exclusively last year. Tonight I will start with fear of speaking - and will let you into a important secret - There is no such thinking as fear of speaking. And one you understand the real fear - overcoming it is much easier.
