If they had a motto, it would certainly be “Fresh and local”: from that statement, Feastro, the rolling bistro has built among the many food trucks driving around the city of Vancouver, a strong culinary reputation. From tacos, to buns and a large variety of side dishes, Feastro created by Steve and Paul, proposes as well a fruit frappe: all those items are healthy, tasty and colorful.
Their fish taco for instance, is composed of a local red snapper, chick pea battered, tomato and star anise chutney, shaved cabbage, tikka masala yogurt and hand cut salsa.
