well, melatonin has side effects of possible increased vividness of dreams, so i'm not sure if that would really help me ;w; i have no problems sleeping, it's just for some reason today all my dreams have been about one thing and it keeps waking me up because i get excited or stuff like that because i'm like "OH WOW IS THIS REAL" and then when i wake up i'm just like dAMNIT
