Our newest luxury build for 2018 is going to knock your socks off! It is so fantastic that we had to share it. Welcome all to our deluxe duplex build located in Bath Street, Mornington.
Our client decided to get some artist impressions put together for their marketing material and we are lucky enough to be able to share these with you. A mere 5 minute walk from Mills Beach this duplex, named Beleura Hill, is an easy choice for a high end relaxed beach lifestyle. We have just commenced clearing the site and getting the block prepared for the drainage works. Being located close to the beach presents many in ground challenges and close relationships with all consultants is key in getting out of the ground.
The showstopper exterior feaures River Stone Blockwork over the double garage, perfectly placed feature lighting both above Garages and in decking, leading you the way to the front door. West facing balconies adorn the top level perfectly placed to catch the late afternoon sun framed by beautiful timber look cladding and Stria boards. The black painted front door adds to the elegance, matching the window frames throughout. We love how our client has chosen to separate the two homes with the low timber fence and beautiful landscaping, yet giving each its own identity with the A-symmetrical facades.
The client has chosen a beautiful elegant monochrome interior colour scheme that once completed will not only be a step above the rest, but timeless for years to come.
Let’s head inside… As soon as you walk in the door you are faced with a dramatic entrance hall painted in Vivid White by Dulux. Located on the ground floor is the Master featuring a large fully fitted walk in robe and spacious ensuite with floor to ceiling Himalaya Light Grey Lapparto tiles and a gorgeous feature wall in Masia Blanco Matt herringbone pattern. The Polytec Natural Oak Vanity combined with stone benchtop will provide a beautiful contrast and really draw the eye.
This build will feature all the current and modern fittings, such as the black tapware and shower rose matching perfectly with the black framed shower screen.
Heading upstairs you will find yourself standing in an attractive open plan living area. The large Living area features a horizontal clad wall painted in Domino by Dulux ensuring that the Rinnai Gas Log Flame Fire makes an eye-catching statement. The stunning engineered oak timber flooring, in the colour Brownstone, will definitely be a huge feature bringing in some natural elements to this design. The large windows and doors facing North & East will let in an abundance of natural light and fresh air to ensure that this space will be light and bright whist providing a flow of air in those warmer months.
Aside from the timber flooring, the Kitchen really is the standout feature of these duplex’s. The under bench cabinetry in Polytec Ultra White Matt with Polytec Maison Oak open timber shelving above to match the feature wall. The feature wall also includes 2 hidden doors hiding a fully fitted butler’s pantry that includes it’s own sink and separate dishwasher, that’s right…. two dishwashers!
The island bench fitted with deluxe stone benchtop and waterfall edging to one side and cabinetry to the other is a fantastic feature. All door and drawers are fitted with soft close runners with Matt black finger pull handles and black subway tiles laid in a brick pattern. The appliances certainly won’t let you down, the Smeg dual fuel upright 900m oven and cooktop, concealed undermount rangehood, full integrated dishwasher and let’s not forget the beautiful black granite under mount sink and black tapware.
Further windows located in the Kitchen will let in great natural light, added to the LED downlights and the rattan feature pendant lights are a sure way to ensure light to highlight a stunning luxury Kitchen.
As you head on upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, a rumpus area, study nook, beautiful family bathroom with separate toilet and easy access to the front of the house balcony. Other features include the downstairs laundry, fitted out cellar, large decking to the rear with beautifully landscaped gardens.
