 he was first released in 2020. he's the first male on voiceroid2. he speaks in Japanese. his voice provider is yoshiyuki matsuura and his illustrator is yoshida yoshitsugi. his appearance is purposely quite androgynous 

 you see those 3 wee sprites on the third slide ? there's actually a lot more of those. an A, I, U, E, O, and N one for the emotions of normal, happy, angry, and sad, and each one can have either eyes open or eyes closed
