I've gained a lot of weight since quarantine and honestly I'm starting to lose my shit I LITERALLY can't stop eating. My thighs feel so heavy, I can't move well and I'm feeling really dirty overall. Also I realised I have a huge complex with my shoulders, like I feel they are too wide?? I don't know man I just want to be tiny and I'm afraid of my bone structure being too big since I haven't seen it properly because I'm so fat...
