Now that we're at the very butt end of February, I think it's funny how people are purposefully under-pricing the gems required for the Feb apps on the branches. Consistently this month Rough Rubies (that ime sell for 175-200 sb each) were priced at 100 sb each. And then the trading center is overrun with multiple posts of like players loot-dropping craft-only apps and bases for seemingly nothing. Maybe the February bases have finally lost their luster?
