Catching up on #febugary2026!
Febugary day 26
Haania lobiceps 🌳🪳
This stunning mantis is mimicking moss. It looks allows it to blend in with the surrounding and ambush the prey :3
#Febugary2026 days 6 and 16!
These two freaks are both Opiliones, an order of arachnids which are relatives of spiders but not spiders themselves (note the single body segment instead of the two seen in true spiders).
Day 6: Sadocus asperatus (no common name)
Day 16: Metagryne bicolumnata (bunny harvestman)
Bugs!
Decided to participate in FeBUGary. After these ones, I have kind of changed it up a bit, so I'll post them as a separate post.
FeBUGary day 10! Toxodera integrifolia
Last one that I’ve prepped I’ll probably be going back to dnd art here soon
Started making sweet bug stickers. My partner LOVES leaf bugs (as do I), so i made a lil trio lol
Day 2: Flat Clown Beetle 🪲
🐜 Febugary Day 4
This one was more challenging because I am a chud loser but I did it nonetheless and she's beautiful
