My Giant Malaysian Leaf Insect, Cedar, unfortunately passed away a few weeks ago. However, her eggs have just started hatching!!
These are the first nymphs of any phasmid species that I've hatched, so I'm very excited! Three have emerged so far, and I've named them Redwood, Sequoia, and Alder.

The Beginning of a Beautiful Friendship - A Bugfables OC fic!
Summary: While out foraging, Frax, a leafbug is suddenly separated from his tribe and awakens in a strange land different from the Swamplands. He befriends a cluster of strange buzzing creatures that protects him from near death. Despite the two not being able to speak the same language, they work together to brave the strange lands they explore in hopes of Frax getting back to his tribe. How hard can it be?
