Asked @dagbunny what he wanted for his birthday, he says #gumbo. Willing to make it easier for me, #chicken n #sausage, since i have not graduated to seafood gumbo yet. Used butter for the roux, got nervous that I would burn it, so I stopped before it got dark enough. Bunny says my first real effort went fine, it must have cuz it only took two days for him to eat the whole pot!
