Just came back from my run. The weather really helped! It is dreary and misty and coldish in Pta today, and that is the perfect running weather (in my opinion). You should know by now that my new rule is to stop negotiating with myself – in the past this weather might have been an excuse to not go, because what if it starts to rain etc. Today I put on my running shoes and where out the door before I could even think of talking myself out of it. Sometimes you must just do. Not the most heroic thing I have done today (day is still young after all) but def put me on the right path! And yes, I often – and quickly – run out of fucks.
