What video game will you defend forever?

Batman Arkham Knight. Yes, the reveal that it was Jason was both obvious and a clearly rushed decision, there's also the whole side-ish mission about Hush which really just came out of nowhere.
But it's about the way we see how Bruce is constantly re-living Jason being taken from him. How, upon realising that Jason was so close all this time, it haunts him to his core and warps how he views reality. How he quite so obviously blames himself for not being there and for overlooking such a seemingly unused and abandoned part of the asylum.
It's the way Bruce is trying to get through to Jason, that really gets me. Because at the end of the day, Jason is just as stuck in the past as Bruce is. Jason, for all intents and purposes, is still mentally at the age where he was kidnapped and tortured, asking and looking for Bruce because he could never stop hoping, wishing that Bruce would swoop in and save him.
It's the way their relationship has been strained and how Joker has really warped Jason's view of Bruce into believing that it was all Bruce's fault, and it will always be Bruce's fault. When it's clear that it's the only thing Jason is clinging to because believing it to be something else would shatter the reality that Bruce really didn't know, that despite it all, Bruce has tried and tried and tried to look for him and he failed because Bruce never thought that Joker would be sick and deranged enough to put Jason so close to him without his knowledge.
"Bruce is a bad father, especially in Arkham Knight" my fucking ass. Just because Bruce isn't screaming "Jason" while running around in a crowded mall, press 'X' to call for Jason, doesn't mean that he never cared.

hollow knight! i do like silksong more, but hollow knight was more chill. i didn't know what i was in for and discovering it was amazing. with silksong, i already knew so much of the lore that it just didn't hit as hard.
