jfc I just can’t get over Sworn to the Sword. Pearl sacrificed herself again and again and again, and after everything the woman she loved most in the world is STILL GONE. She’d been a knight for centuries and she’s had about a decade of trying to be a mother instead. Of course it’s hard. Of course she still goes to pieces.
