Today's Walking Photo: Taking the day off from walking (and not only because it’s pretty cold and rainy and blustery out there), so here’s one I was saving from the other day.

To those of you who celebrate the holiday, I wish you a peaceful and Merry Christmas. To those who celebrate differently, happy holidays. And surely, to some of you, happy dang Friday. Regardless of what or how we celebrate, it sure seems like we could all use a few moments of peace and even just a tiny helping of joy right about now. 

And hey – if you know someone who’s on their own at this time of year, or someone who isn’t big on the whole holiday thing for whatever reason, maybe give them a call, let them know they’re in your thoughts, and chat a while. Spread the joy a little, you know?
