Why smile.
Behind people's smiles are thousands of secrets, thousands of repressed pain, thousands of questions unanswered yet we wonder why it was so easy to smile, to hide things that could cause our world to crumble. Why it was so easy to smile despite the pain, to smile while being broken, being lonely. For me its not a mask, never a wall where we use to hide to, but a symbol of strength, of hope. It shows our strength, that in the battles we face in this life, we have a great armor that God has blessed us with. It shows that even there is pain, there will always be an alternative. So. Be okay by lifting your eyes to Him, Smile and hope. Hold on. Cry, laugh, pray.
