it was a good story, and it was so flawed and it failed so many times, and despite it all, it was so good. 2 years, 4 seasons, dozens of unique storylines, hundreds upon hundreds of hours — it was broken and it was beautiful, and i’m so glad it happened. o7

thinking about Kim and Chay talking in person again some time after Kim sent him the video and Chay is fighting a lost battle against tears and he’s like, “I hate you!!! I hate you so much!!!” but Kim just shakes his head a little and says “no. no you don’t” and Chay puffs up his chest all offended but then deflates and he sobs and its Painful and he says “well I should. I should hate you.” and Kim has unshed tears in his eyes and goes “I know but that’s not who you are.” and Chay is So Mad because Kim is right. Chay can’t hate someone he loved and still loves so much even if he wants to and that’s why he’s been struggling and spiralling so much.
