Journal Slip

I'm a toxic person to be around right now. It just means that I need to spend time alone to work on finding me, and being a nice, healthy, caring person who doesn't freak out when I feel attacked or unloved. If I learn to love myself, I won't feel the need to seek love and validation. I need to provide these things to myself.
