Clarity
Clarity of mind comes from many things. These are different for everyone!
For me clearing my mind from a busy job comes through relaxation, including creativity.
It also comes from working out!
I am NOT a runner! I will walk, but even then I sometimes think too much about everything. The gym helps me clear my mind. Focus on improving, strengthening my back, improving my health, challenging myself and pushing my boundaries! I enjoy it and it benefits me...
Getting into routines of purposefully clearing time are what needs to happen next!
I go to an amazing gym where supporting mental health and cultivating community in an encouraging, supportive environment are key!
