Chest/Tris
I made it to the gym today. The place was PACKED! I went up and ran on the treadmill for about five minutes and only got through about a fourth of a mile (which I know isn't great but it's progress for me). After I ran I went straight down to the bench press and put up 95x12, 115x10, 135x8, and then 115x10 again. I feel like I need a spotter so I can comfortably push myself. Then I did a few of the machines that they have I don't remember the names so I'll probably edit this later but they were chest as well.... This is awkward. After that I went to the tricep extension machine and started out with 120x12, 135x14, 140x12, and then 150x10. Last but not least for the weights is the assisted dip. I only did five tri dips with and assist of 100lbs. Then I went and ran again for like three minutes, the treadmill I went to at first started skipping and I hurt my ankle a little bit. The brace helped but it still put a serious dent in my final stretch. I made it about a third of a mile before I had to stop because of my ankle, and of course my shitty cardio. I feel seriously weak. It's been far too long since I've pushed myself to a new extreme at the gym and I feel like the one thing I'm missing is a partner. Ugh. TL;DR Bench: 95x12, 115x10, 135x8, 115x10 Tri extension (machine): 20x12, 135x14, 140x12, 150x10. Assisted Tricep Dip: Assisted by 100lbs did five of them Insert two other workouts I cant list because I'm an idiot A little more than a sixth of a mile.
