five times kissed!! (dallas x logan & harper x logan)
They had bottles of liquor everywhere. They probably shouldn’t have been mixing so many different liquors, but honestly, who could blame the females? Harper was planning on making it a fun night. The only time the girls ever let their guard down was at the bottom of a bottle...or a few bottles. Harper’s fingers had tangled themselves through Logan’s raven locks, giggles spilling out. “No way, I didn’t do that, you’re so lying.” Logan’s head was laying across her lap, smiling, and openly mentioning one of their favorite memories. With the loveliness of her friend and the cushion of the alcohol, Harper knew that this moment was allowed. They could be cute together. Her body leaned down and her lips were pressing up against the other’s with a fierceness she hadn’t realized she contained. “Shut up. We’ve got better things to do.”
She could hear sniffling from Logan’s room even though she was practically across the apartment from the female. It wasn’t hard to tell that the other was sick. So, Harper did what she did best and went out to buy some supplies to ride it out. She opened her roommates door with a tentative smile. “I bring gifts.” She emerged with a tray that contained a soup bowl, sprite, and tissues. There was nothing she wouldn’t do for that woman. She came and sat down on the bed near Logan. Bringing the woman’s head forward, she placed a very brief kiss on her forehead. “You going to survive?” The joke slipped out along with a few chuckles as she stirred the soup around with her spoon. “Now open up. If you’re going to act like a baby, I’ll treat you like one!”
Logan had passed out during movie night. That didn’t really surprise Harper, though. For the most part, this was a normal Logan thing to do. As usual, the raven-haired beauty was slumped against her shoulder, eyes shut tightly. A few tiny snores slipped out every now and then, making her smile widen more than the humorous movie that was on. She couldn’t help but lean over, lips connecting with the other’s cheek. “You’re too adorable and you don’t even know it.” Her voice was always delicate when it came to her roommate. Her lips stayed against the top of Logan’s head until the movie was finally finished.
Harper had gotten lucky with Logan. When they both came to terms with their inevitable feelings, life seemed to get so much better. The couple had developed a bath time habit with each other. That part of the day was something that the physical therapist looked forward to the most. Their bath water was running in the back ground as they both stripped down and got into the bubble bath. As soon as the water was at a decent level, Harper shut the water off, and leaned her back against Logan’s bare chest. Her hands swirled some of the bubbles around, reaching back, and putting them on her girlfriend’s face. “You’d look good with a beard.” She had shifted her head to the side to look at the other female, grinning heartily. “See? Hot.” Harper teased as she shoved a handful of bubbles onto Logan’s chin. Then, despite all the bubbles, she leaned forward and embraced the other, lips tasting of both Logan and bath soap.
“Truth or dare?” Harper questioned her roommate, eyebrows wiggling playfully. They seemed to have reverted back to their high school ways. That didn’t seem to surprise either of them. Sometimes they were bored and things happened. Her lips pursed as she tried to come up with the perfect dare for Logan. The other was adventurous enough to fall for anything, but a joke seemed fun. “Me.” She answered cockily, and before she had time to take her answer back, her roommate’s lips were touching hers, erasing her doubts. She hadn’t realized that Logan would have been adventurous enough for that. Harper bit her lip as she pulled away, dark eyes wide with confusion. “I - um, but we’re sober?”
Dallas had rarely left her girlfriend’s side. Going anywhere without Logan was a recipe for disaster. The woman was her impulse control. She had been pretty lost without her lover, but now she was finally back home. When her plane landed from her family vacation, she caught an Uber straight to Logan’s place. She didn’t even have to knock on the door given that she had a key to the little flat. Throwing the door open, Dallas struck a silly pose, eyes twinkling with humor. “You missed me, I know. Have no fear, your world is back.” The goofy statement fell from her lips as she rushed over and pulled herself onto the raven-haired woman’s lap. “Where’s my kiss, damn. You act like you don’t know me.” Her lips sought for her lover’s, a mix of longing thrown in with concern. “You did miss me, right?”
It was dumb to think that she could have gotten away with it. When Logan broke things off, her own heart broke with it. Dallas found solace in a friend that offered her physical comfort. If she had known that her girlfriend would come back, she would have turned her friend down in a heartbeat. Why settle for someone less when she could have someone she loved? Still, she had mentioned the affair with Logan, why complicate things? Now, looking at the woman’s stony face, Dallas had to swallow hard to get rid of the guilt churning through her system. “What am I supposed to say? You broke up with me!” Her defense was up and tears were threatening to cascade down her cheeks. “You cannot sit there and pretend like I’m at fault here.” Though it Logan made it very clear that Dallas was a dumb ass. The tears she had been holding back suddenly slipped out, warmth spreading down her cheeks. “Logan, please. Don’t do this.” She didn’t want the love of her life to leave, not yet. Her sobs rang out in the apartment as she struggled to keep her grip on Logan’s hand. Pleading kisses were spread along the other woman’s hands. “Don’t do this. I love you.”
The most annoying holiday Dallas could think of involved her family getting together to give thanks to an invisible force. She wasn’t sure how her twin felt about it, but it was clear that her and Tristan didn’t believe in that shit at all. Still, it was free food and her dad urged her to bring Logan around more often. When they arrived, the both sat across from her mischievous siblings who were already plotting evil thoughts. She tried to pay no mind to them, giving her girlfriend a soft smile. “I’m glad you decided to tag along. Can’t eat that turkey by myself.” She laughed and then shot Tristan a death glare from across the table. “You’re a brave one.” She leaned over and gave the woman a quick kiss to the lips. “Speaking of which, duck. My brother is about to toss some peas at you as a welcome.”
Oh she was anxious, the kind of anxiety that caused her to consistently rock herself. Boats made her feel nervous - like they were going to crash and burn at any moment. It was a dumb thought, but it still occurred. Her head was buried in Logan’s neck, hands grasping at the collar of her girlfriend’s shirt. “Stop laughing.” She moaned miserably because she knew damn well that Logan was getting a kick out of this. “You’re horrible.” The churning in her stomach had started up again and she hoped like hell that their ride would be over soon. “You thought this was romantic, but I’m paying for it!” Dallas continued her whining, but her lips were finding Logan’s flesh, painting kisses on her neck. “You’re so annoying. Get me the hell off of this.” She was now convinced that Logan enjoyed torturing her.
Dallas was sure that this was the last she would see of Logan. She had managed to fall and smash her head on the pavement. Luckily there was only minor bleeding that didn’t appear to be too fatal. The hospital had made her call an emergency contact, and for some reason, she called Logan before anyone else. She definitely should have called someone else, but at least the female had showed up. That meant something, right? A shaky smile pulled up Dallas’ lips when Logan popped into view. “Thanks for coming.” Her head was throbbing harshly, heartbeat roaring in there. “Come here,” She beckoned her ex-girlfriend closer, when the other reluctantly came forward, she pressed a thankful kiss to the side of Logan’s cheek. “I know you hate me, but I’m glad you came. Can you tell these fuckers to give me more pain medicine?”
