FEI COMODO have announced a UK headline tour to coincide with the release of their ‘Behind The Bright Lights’ album through Small Town Records on 14 May 2012. The tour calls at the following locations: Sun 20 May – LIVERPOOL, Academy 2 Mon 21 May – GLASGOW, ABC 2 Tue 22 May – BIRMINGHAM, Academy 3 Wed 23 May – LONDON, Islington Academy 2 Thu 24 May – STOKE, Underground Fri 25 May – SOUTHAMPTON, Joiners Sat 26 May – NEWCASTLE, Academy 2 Sun 27 May – YORK, Stereo Mon 28 May – NORWICH, Waterfront Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday 23 March via usual outlets and will be preceded by a 24 hour pre-sale available only to fans who have pre-ordered a copy of the special edition of the album via the band’s current PledgeMusic project at the URL below. Fans will be able to buy exclusive new merch and/or pre-order a copy of the album at a special price at the same time as purchasing their ticket. The album and tour follow on from last year’s ‘The Life They Lead’ EP and the single from it, ‘Rival Tides’. "We decided to experiment a bit more with guitar tunings and production techniques for this one", says vocalist Marc Halls. And on the special edition: "This album has been a long time coming and we all wanted to do something a little bit different.
