Fans will be able to buy exclusive new merch and/or pre-order a copy of the album at a special price at the same time as purchasing their ticket. The album and tour follow on from last year’s ‘The Life They Lead’ EP and the single from it, ‘Rival Tides’. Having spent 18 months on the road touring their debut release, the 'They All Have Two Faces' mini-album, breaking to get nominated alongside Young Guns & Attack! Attack! for Best British Newcomer at the Kerrang! Awards, the band have played the length and breadth of the country and beyond. The mini-album spawned 2 singles (‘Break The Ice’ and ‘Behind Bars’) and the resulting time on the road built the band a groundswell of support that saw them selling out shows, earning 9/10 live reviews, playing/headlining tents at both Download and Sonisphere festivals in consecutive years, and playing alongside the likes of August Burns Red, Fightstar and many others in the UK & Europe. The release of the 'The Life They Lead' EP paved the way for the album, introducing fans to a sound progression from their debut. "We decided to experiment a bit more with guitar tunings and production techniques for this one", says vocalist Marc Halls. "The album feels more like a body of work than 'They All Have Two Faces' because the songs were written close together as an album as opposed to just as a collection of songs on a CD." And on the special edition: "This album has been a long time coming and we all wanted to do something a little bit different. I think we owe it to all the people that have been waiting for new material. We're already getting a lot of good response from it which is awesome!" 'Behind The Bright Lights' is released on 14 May. The band release 'The Air Is Cold Tonight', the first single from the album, on 16 April. www.feicomodo.com | www.facebook.com/feicomodo www.pledgemusic.com/feicomodo | www.smalltownrecords.co.uk
