Tsukishima’s known to be able to stand up for himself, and it’s something you admire so much about him !! But sadly you can’t say you’re the same :((
Some people are just so mean and they really have no basic respect for others, and sadly you found yourself on the receiving end of the mean remarks they throw at you

In my opinion, I feel like head patting suits Tsukishima more than Kageyama, only because he seems like someone that would prefer little acts of affection more than the big ones
Also the height -- I mean come on this dude loves being tall (even if he never really shows it)
Making Tsukishima call you cute straight up might be a challenge, he do be a lil cold like that sometimes
He’s just not used to being so soft !! Don’t be hard on him about it !!
But patting you on the head is like a silent way of saying ‘you so cute’
He’s that type to pat and kind of stroke your head a little
He thinks adding that stroke makes it more affectionate and loving
He would pet your head out in public, but obviously during the appropriate times

I think it’d be safe to assume that everyone knows Tsukki has a cold demeanour, and of course you were aware of that too going into a relationship with him
But you thought that maybe he’d be just a little more soft for you
A few weeks into the relationship and you’d think he’d maybe at least hold your hand?
No luck so far
You’ve tried to reach for his hand, brush your fingers against each other, but he’s always pulling away
You’ve asked for hugs before too, but he just gives you a ‘tch’, or maybe even sometimes a straight up ‘no’
And it really do hurt every time he does that, but he acts like nothing is wrong -- he still talks about his interests with you, walks you home, etc
Tsukki’s showing no signs of disinterest in you, except for the fact that he refuses to show/accept any kind of rejection, and that’s got you really worried
You don’t actually want to confront him about it, because what if he says something that you won’t be able to handle?
This causes you to subconsciously start to distance yourself from him
You might not realize it, but he does, right away
Tsukki isn’t scared of confrontation himself, so he’ll straight up ask you one day
You pour your concerns out and tell him about how you’re confused as to why he’s being so cold in this manner, how you wish you could just hold him sometimes but you still want to respect his space

and then he sees the knee and it’s not looking very pretty
