On the "age verification for Brazil and UK", it maddens me even more this "make sure kids see not appropriate things", as a BRAZILIAN, because 1- kids will manage to circumvent on the internet; 2- tumblr already doesn't allow it all per TOS so by br law they shouldn't be obliged; 3- any brazilian kid with some money and that buys books in any physical library can buy books with explicit sex scenes and cute covers and if their parents don't check, they will read not-appropriate scenes because unlike movies with age recommendation, books don't have it; 4- in matters of internet, keeping kids from seeing things don't protect them because this don't deal with the actual issue of pedophiles targeting them, and most platforms, including Roblox and Instagram, don't do SHIT with any type of denouncing these.

Brazilian law has some good things. This is not one of them. And Felca is not to blame, he denounced a serious matter where THE PARENTS AND GUARDIANS WERE THE MAIN ONES TO BLAME, NOT EVEN THE PLATFORMS. It literally wasn't about kids having access to things, it was about these kids guardians and parents recording them in suggestive or outright pornographic-interpreted ways, or even not this way, posting on the Youtube and Instagram, and not doing shit about pedophiles commenting and creating a way of sharing photos and videos of kids.

You know when *we* were kids and told to not share about ourselves on the internet and so on? *These parents* are ignoring this and exposing their own kids for money and views, and our amazing government (irony, heavy derogatory), instead of dealing with this and making so parents can't share their kids online, and instead of punishment for this and overall dealing with the matter of *parents refusing to actually parent their kids and stop exposing them to strangers on the internet*, no, they focused on *age verifying so kids don't have access to things they shouldn't*. THIS DOESN'T SOLVE THE ISSUE

This is a freaking joke.

Also the biggest joke is that a political party pf the RIGHT WING HERE is the one that saw all this and was against the law, BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FUCKING SOLVE THE ISSUE
