The Most Important Character Development Question
@magnificentvoidarbiter and @the-fandom-cat were both interested, so it is time to reveal the truth.
I have always operated under the assumption that the Hat puts you in the House which reflects which quality of yours you value most. (Sort of confirmed in Chamber of Secrets.)
So, with that in mind:
Liana is a Hufflepuff. The Hat would wonder between Slytherin and Hufflepuff, but Liana would choose the Puffs.
Marcus is a Slytherin. Yes. He is brave and awesome, but above all he wants to prove himself, especially to his father.
Gareth is a Gryffindor.
Richard is a Hufflepuff, again after he would choose - between Hufflepuff and Gryffindor in this case.
Kia is a Gryffindor.
Nastya is a Gryffindor.
Felicity is a Ravenclaw, but could have been a Hufflepuff as well.
