He tracked him here. Gotham City. The Man in Black, also known as Randall Flagg or Nyarlathotep was here. He leapt from rooftop to rooftop downtown, scanning the streets for some sign of him. The wind cut through him, blowing into his duster and revealing the countless weapons beneath the coat. He wore black everything, including a wide brimmed hat and spurred boots. He heard someone land on the same roof as him and in a swift quick motion turned and pulled his gun on the person. Catwoman. He narrowed his piercing blue eyes, as the gentle breeze parted his hair.

"Well, well, well." He said, his expression unchanging.
