Personality: Savvy to show business, kind-hearted, tough when she needs to be (or when someone pushes her buttons), a bit of a temper, tries not to mix business with pleasure, straightforward, can recognize talent/potential when she sees it.
Bio: Tamara might be a new face to the business, but she's no stranger to it. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she's seen stars rise and fall both on television and on Broadway. What she's really interested, though, is the actors in the movies. Her main goal is to find some new talent (either American or foreign) and help them rise to stardom, making a name for both of them. With an eye for talent and potential, she plans on travelling the world to help find new faces to entertain the masses.
