Do y'all think lasat who are capable of breastfeeding have boobs?

Lasat are very clearly both feline and simian. Cats don't have boobs, and apes barely do, especially when not actively producing milk. Lasat are also more human-like though.

I know some artists draw Zeb with 2 nipples like a primate and some with rows like a feline. If they usually have multiple kits at a time they would logically have more than 2 nipples, so probably not humanoid boobs, but if they usually birth one at a time like humans then they could have them.

Asking for a female lasat OC in a fic I'm working on, where lasat are generally polyamorous and while kalluzeb are very happily married Zeb also gets a girlfriend (her name is Kirram, I love her, and they're all wonderfully happy together).

Also relevant for people writing/drawing fem!Zeb of course — always happy to see more sapphic kalluzeb — or your own OCs!

My current headcanon for kits is that lasat most often have twins, triplets are more common than singles, but quads or more are rarer. So I'm wondering about giving them 4 nipples (as animals that usually birth single young have 2), I just can't quite decide what that means for the shape of the chest...

new story i'll be adding to this series. It's of a Female Trans Zeb and Kallus. taking a lot of liberties but I've been having fun. Having grown with friends that are, my nephew, I'll just put this down right now: Everyone's transition is special and unique, there is no wrong way or right way. It's YOUR way. He felt wounds on his face and chest open with every fought breath. Something had changed, he wasn’t on Onderon… he was in the Ghost. He struggled, the slightest movement just screaming agonising pain. His hody was on fire and he couldn't move!  The screams he heard, the yells, the explosions, his heart raced in his chest threating to be the only muscle in his body to move and escape with or without the rest. He felt himself shifted and looked up, looked up into that orcid and grey striped Lasat- and down Zeb’s bo-rifle.

“I remember you” The mercenary grinned, that chipped tooth gaping like the hole that started to burn into Kallus’s chest.
