okay so like I do want to stress I don’t know or think that snapping at rogue fem shippers will make them understand where we’re coming from. because i do think that when someone snaps at you, it’s a normal human reaction to feel defensive and not feel willing to hear why you don’t support a fem!stiles or fem!derek in the sterek tag.

i have a fem!stiles headcanon to run by you! i think fem!stiles would have long hair, not too long but like just past the shoulder. mainly because a buzz cut is one of those haircuts that boys get because they have to get a haircut and it's generic and easy. so i think that would translate to fem!stiles. easy, low maintenance, generic girl hair cut. and it would probably be thickish and not quite straight but not quite curly but she wouldn't care because it's not like she's trying to stand out..

(cont.) too much. like in the first season, stiles and scott were low on the social radar, not doing too much to draw attention to themselves but wanting to be higher up anyway. i think physically and fashionably fem!stiles would be average. skinny-ish, b cup, average height. and she would wear not unflattering jeans, and the shirt plaid combo because come on :) and i don’t think she’s be that out there. stiles and scott were marginally comfortable where they were socially so i don’t think …(cont2) they’d be too inclined to waver too much on their own accord. !!!!! i think this is a great headcanon!!! i’ve almost always been of the opinion that fem stiles would prefer something with little to no upkeep involved. something easy that the hairdresser would do every two months or so and she could go on home, shower, towel dry and be good to go and this fits pretty perfectly!!

my hair is mega curly but stiles’ would likely be thick and (mostly) straight so she wouldn’t have to use much more than a leave in conditioner to make sure it didn’t go crazy. i think she’d be a fan of quick ponytails too. nothing fancy, just straight out from the back of her head so it bounced against her neck
