I've never seen a Dalish with jewelry like your inky! Can we know more about her?

I'm actually not as well versed in Dragon Age lore as I am with Elder Scrolls, so I had my lovely wife help me with a lot of Fenara's backstory because they're a DA EXPERT (and they named her for me!)

The headcanon is that my clan Lavellan is originally from Rivain, though they were forced out of their territory by another rival clan before Fenara was born.

That's how they ended up roaming the Freemarches (and everywhere else) before Inquisition happens! They still have a lot of holdovers from Rivain's culture, though, such as the pretty jewelry (and you could argue full body tattoos, though that's also in Lavellan's default card art). Fenara's clan was also a little more casual about magic due to Rivain being that way, too. Aside from that they're your standard Dalish clan, though a little bit more "be strong or else" and territorial paranoia due to getting pushed out of their home a while ago. Fenara grew up pretty stoic and self-sacrificing as a result :')
