Beau suggested Julien and Dove found Ken after he was embraced and I got hit w/ the idea of a fucking. Horror movie scenario they walk in on

They get to this closed off half-finished building project and find signs of a blood ritual, and hunter corpses. Julien’s investigating as Dove hears something muffled in another room and she finds it covered in blood, with someone having tried to smear symbols on the floor and wall. Some attempt at a humanoid/religious figure like you’d see at a shrine also in blood but it’s all so abstract she can barely tell what she’s looking at.

Also theres one “survivor” - kneeling with his head down and holding his prayer beads and he’s muttering a mantra over and over and its freaky as fuck. Bc his voice sounds off from a mix of dying in absolute terror + struggling to speak because he can’t breathe. His faith is the only thing keeping him in that weird frozen state because he’s ABSOLUTELY frenzied and noticing her breaks him out of the trance. So he runs after her like a goddamn slasher villain and attacks her and Julien. And he still has the bullet wound and bag over his head because he’s not even aware he’s dead yet. YAAAY
