Chris Carter interview about Fencewalker

Would online distribution be a possibility for “Fencewalker,” your film in progress? Possibly. I’ve sort of put that away right now, and I’m gonna come back to it.

Do you think you’ll revisit that in the near future? I’m not sure.

I wasn’t actually sure of the status: if it had finished shooting, etc. It had been filmed and was in the editorial process, and I decided I wanted to rethink some things about it.

You know why Fencewalker isn't release? Katie filmed the movie in 2008, i saw an interview with her back then, she said that the movie helps her to overcome the end with Jessie but so far she never said anything again. The movie page has been deleted from imdb, same thing with Bumped, but this one she never confirmed.

To be honest, we have no idea what happened to Fencewalker, but I’m more than happy to share all the information we have about that movie:

It was created by Chris Carter (creator of the X-files) who wanted to release it himself, meaning he would’ve financed the whole thing.

Katie was there at the last X-file’s movie’s premiere, she was invited by Carter to it, so they actually were more than ready to promote it.

On IMDb there were actually quite a few people in the Boards section, who said they were extras on the set and who worked while the movie was being shot. So we’re sure that the filming or at least parts of filming were actually finished.

Now Carter is working on another project, but we still have no news about Fencewalker.

So, I hope this helped a bit, and had some info you weren’t aware of already.
