@williamtea This weather was terrible. It was freezing cold outside today, and the constant pelting rain only made it that much worse to be out in. Ronald was just finishing off one of his reaps, prepared to go back to Dispatch and start on his paperwork, when he just managed to catch the sound of distant sobbing. Concerned, he began to make his way over to where the sound was coming from. "Hey, are y' alrigh' over here? Come on ou', an' I can help y'."
