Ingredients: 2 fennel bulbs, thinly sliced. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. 2 tablespoons butter.
Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a saucepan. Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good. Put in the sliced fennel and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until it gets soft. Salt, pepper, and nutmeg can be added to taste. Add the heavy cream and let it cook for three to four minutes.
