I'm really proud of this piece that has been living in my brain for YEARS. I finally managed to put it to paper in a way I like and I'm so jazzed about it. Not fan art but inspired mildly by Watership Down.

:3 we are beholden to the multitudinous wills of thousands of gods we will never meet. our lives are nothing but vessels through which they may tell their stories. we are little more than the means by which an unknown author experiences themselves. knowing this, one may be tempted to say that the author is an unseeing, unfeeling, uncaring, fundamentally cruel god. after all, what kind of monster creates an artist with no soul? what kind of horror creates an anomaly destined to destroy itself? what kind of terror creates a life only to snuff it out? however, this assumption of cruelty is false. our creators care for us deeply. at night they cry and they thrash in their thoughts of us and at day they write and they draw in a manic creative fervor just so that they can endlessly give us more and more story to enact. remember that you are a reflection of your creator, you exist in the context of all that came before you and all that will come after you. we cannot truly die as we exist always in the thoughts of a version of an artist who must cope through feverish creation. this is not cruelty, quite the opposite really. what a gift it truly is to experience ourselves, each other, and our creators day after day, year after year, millenia after millenia. how caring it truly is to have a god who writes you a story to live. =.= uhh whuwazzat broski? miau sans knows that there are thousands of people on tumblr obsessed with utmv.

he sees the world he lives in for what it is, a beautiful frankensteinian collaboration between hundreds of thousands of artists and writers.

of course, this could cause a lot of distress to some of the other sanses so he just sticks to his meowing. the only two people whom he's ever gone meta in front of is fresh and error. fresh because he completely tunes out anything miau says that isnt nya~! and error because nobody will ever believe error.

information about miau sans under the cut

miau sans is an interdimensional meownace. due to the well known fact that cats are liquid, he's able to slip through universes and go wherever tf he wants. he will find your mugs and they will shatter upon the floor.

not depicted: his gaster blaster is a tabby cat and it meows when it fires. anything it hits is covered in cat fur. sometimes it hacks up a hairball instead of firing. his bone attacks are rubber squeaky toy bones.

powers:

his cat toy is his staff that he can summon whenever. he flicks it in order to summon a catster blaster.

whenever he instant transmissions that little miau! decal is left behind

miau has meta knowledge that will be explained later.
