Fenton's Creamery, located on 4226 Piedmont Avenue in Oakland, California, is the real-life inspiration for the final scene from Up as Carl and Mr. Fredricksen sit outside of an ice cream shop and enjoy a frozen treat. The store behind the two is actually one of Pixar’s favorite ice cream shops, Fenton's Creamery.
Brought to you by Fenton's. Okay, so brought to MEEEE by Fenton's. :-)
questionable day.
i woke up at 9 after working till 1am yesterday night. was a nice sleep. got ready for class. then had a 3 hour chat with Olivia who i hadn't seen in forever. i got to learn about her family history, and her story is amazing. she's truly an inspirational person. then i went to aba buddy bonding with TIfa and others (Luke, Alina Ha, Daekon, Tony, Corey, Jack) at Fenton's which was super good! we had some sort of berry sundae, my first legit sundae! then i came to work and had a gigantic debate with Rayna about religion. was upset but eh it's over and it's something that happens every now and then. i accept her for who she is regardless. i hope she does too of me. only had boba and ice cream today, i really need more food in my body. this was not a good idea. going to pass out when i get back to the dorm. staying over at Sharon and Tina's because Alan is over.
