Ferdy (Os amigos de Ferdy em PT) was a German animated series from the late 80s based on a book by a Czech author.
It was cute and happy but maybe its era and origins help explain the feeling of unease and strange nostalgia that it conveyed to most kids that watched it in 90s Portugal.
