'Edibles' is the latest curatorial project by Melbourne based artist, gallerist and curator Adam Stone at St Heliers Gallery at Abbotsford Convent running from 30 May to 23 June. This playful exhibition charts the phenomenon of a number of artists, both locally and internationally, incorporating elements of foods, particularly fruit in their artworks. Genetic modification, consumption habits, diets, branding, re-branding, marketing and symbolism become points of departure for these artists' works. The exhibition includes works by Lauren Dunn, Grace Wood, Adam Stone and David Attwood.
