safe travels mini spell jar

ingredients:

1 bay laurel leaf for protection, good fortune, and repelling negativity

1 juniper leaf for anti-theft and protection

1 oregano leaf for energy

1 clover for luck

1 mint leaf for travel and protection

yellow string/yarn/ribbon for travel and happiness

blue wax (and a way of melting it) for calmness and relaxation

a necklace-sized jar and chain

paper and pen

put the leaves into the jar. if they don’t want to go in, you can use the back of the pen to coerce them inside. on the paper, write “I am safe on my voyage and I return home safely.”

put the paper in the jar, then close the cork with a wax seal. tie a yellow string around the jar, and if you wish to ask any deities for their help, do it now. place the jar in a window until your trip so the sun and the moon can charge it. wear it on your journey, then when you come home, say thank you and either dispose of it or keep it in a safe place to honour it.
