People who are getting upset about Fernsong getting a small bit of hate would NOT survive being a Onestar fan
#Oh no your random bg character is getting hated on after 6 years of being praised for doing less than the bare minimum#Sorry but Fernsong in canon kind of sucks#We get one scene in a novella where he is mentioned to be in the nursery but that's it#In the main series it genuinely seems like he made a promise just so ivy would have kits with him and then immediately broke it#You can have all the den dad headcanons you want but...
