Chlorpyrifos 97% prices on a downward move
Petrochem sources reported a significant fall in chlorpyrifos 97% prices in the Mumbai chemical market. It is confirmed that chlorpyrifos prices fell due to delicate regional demand. With effect from November 15, 2022, chlorpyrifos imported intact prices in Mumbai decreased by Rs.5/Kg. The new introductory basic price is Rs.645/Kg.
Kandla records high BAM prices
An increase in BAM prices has been noted at Kandla today. A growing demand contributed to the price rise. The current price of BAM (imported tanker load) at Kandla is at Rs.116/Kg, an increase of Rs.2/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.114/Kg.
Supply overhang cuts C9 solvent prices
Petrochem sources reported a significant fall in C9 solvent prices in the Ahmedabad chemical market. It is confirmed that C9 solvent prices fell due to delicate regional demand. With effect from November 9, 2022, C9 solvent domestic repack prices at Ahmedabad decreased by Rs.5/Kg. The new introductory basic price is Rs.120/Kg.
Paraformaldehyde prices slip in Mumbai
On November 9, 2022, Petrochem sources reported a fall in paraformaldehyde prices in the Mumbai market. Debilitated regional demand and excess supply have led to the price fall. The current price of paraformaldehyde imported repack at Mumbai went down from Rs.107/Kg to Rs.106/Kg, a fall of Re.1/Kg.
Low pine oil prices as demand weakens
On November 7 , 2022 Petrochem sources reported a significant fall in refined pine oil prices in the Mumbai market. Excess supply of the material has led to the price fall. Current pineoil imported prices in Mumbai went down from Rs.134/Kg to Rs.130/Kg, a fall of Rs.4/Kg.
Zinc oxide (99.90%) demand at reduced levels
On November 7, 2022 Petrochem sources reported a fall in zinc oxide prices in the Delhi chemical market. It is confirmed that prices fell due to delicate regional demand. The current price of zinc oxide is Rs.316/Kg, a fall of Rs.2/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.318/Kg.
Mumbai records low GMS (40%) prices
Glyceryl monostearate prices have registered a fall in the Mumbai market today. Excess product availability contributed to the price down. The current prices are Rs.188/kg, a fall of Rs.3/Kg from the last assessed price of Rs.191/kg.
PGME prices on the rise
Propylene glycol monomethyl ether prices firmed up in Ahmedabad in anticipation of tight regional product avails and improved buying sentiments. According to sources, with effect from November 4, 2022,PGME imported intact prices in Ahmedabad have been increased by Rs.2/Kg basic. The new basic price is Rs.187/Kg.
