Hello there! I was wondering if you knew any good weapons for a Hyperthene gem and powers? Thank you so much!
Heya, do you have any recommendations on powers for Hypersthene and a dance style? By the way, love your blog.
I figure I’d combine these since it’s for the same mineral.
Weapons: Hypersthene (although this is more of a synonym for both Enstatite or Ferrosilite) is Greek for “over strength”. It is described to enable for better judgment and promote clear thinking for problem solving. I feel their weapons should compliment a warrior who’s powerful. A mallet, hammer, or a giant gavel comes to mind. I also think swords (heavy or not) could work in a similar manner. I also feel like shields (especially a tower shield) or gauntlets can work as it’s a stone of grounding and protection. For some reason, I also think of whips and ball and chains as other suggestions. To go along with the thread/web ideas I suggest below, they could use a spinning wheel (that can act like a ring blade).
Powers: It is an energy stone so Hypersthene could have an ability that absorbs energy around them, be able to charge for harder attacks, or go into a kind of hyper mode where their strength and defenses increase for a short period of time. Telekinesis is another power suggestion. The gem can calm, sooth, and quiets the mind of unwanted noise and arms it in a “protective coccon”. Hypersthene could manipulate sound: how it bounces off in the environment, voice mimicry, and using sound waves to attack. They could also have a kind of protective layers they give themselves to increase their defense. To go along with that, the markings on the gem remind me of thread or webs. Hypersthene can use this to encase themselves for protection, to be able to stick to surfaces and glide with it (think Spiderman), and to trap opponents in web.
Dance Style: I would think the dance style should be something calm,but powerful. Something that glides along the floor to lead their partner. Contemporary and jazz dancing might be recommended. Foxtrot can work too.
