The journey to conception can be a difficult path and we all cope differently. On my journey I lost a baby which had a huge emotional effect on me, I struggled with my faith and lost confidence in my body. I felt alone even though my wonderful husband was a constant support and always there for me. When I getting my Advanced Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy I did my thesis on the benefits of Hypnotherapy for Fertility I was blown away by the research and knew that when I set up in practice, I would work with Ladies on their journey to the birth of a baby.
